The apartment has private access and consists of a large living room, connecting to a glazed terrace, three bedrooms, a bathroom and with direct access to the large terraces ​and sun area surrounding the private pool. Enjoy the sunny days in privacy, dine in, or visit an variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The beaches and services of Benidorm and Albir are only 10 minutes away​, and you can reach the pretty town of Altea within a 15 minute drive. Alternatively, the theme-, zoo- and water parks of Terra Mitica are just a few minutes away.

We operate the apartment on an all year round flat rate, no matter how many persons occupy it. No hidden extras for cleaning,
or high season add-ons! The rates include bed linens, towels, utilities and cleaning!

Per week: € 900

Our terms:
Check-in at 14.00 hrs, and check-out at 12.00 hrs.
No reservation is valid until it is confirmed by us by e-mail,
and 30 % deposit is received in our account.

Other accomodation:
In case our apartment is not available at the desired dates, or you would like to stay
elsewhere, please send us your request, and we will be able to offer you alternative
accommodation from one of our partners.
